How long are your dog walks?
Our group dog walks last around 60 minutes, giving your dog plenty of time to exercise, explore, and socialise. Including safe transport, your dog may be out of the house for up to 2.5 hours.
Do you offer group or solo dog walks?
We specialise in small group dog walks, ideal for socialisation and exercise. Solo dog walking may be available depending on your location and your dog’s individual needs.
How many dogs do you walk at once?
We walk a maximum of 6 dogs per person. This ensures every dog receives safe, controlled, and attentive care during their walk.
Will my dog be walked on or off lead?
This depends on your dog’s recall, behaviour, and your preferences. Safety is always our priority. We use long lines where needed to help improve recall before allowing dogs off lead.

What happens in an emergency?
Your dog’s safety is our top priority. In an emergency, we will contact you immediately and take your dog to a local vet if required. We always carry a dog first aid kit.
How do you keep dogs safe on group walks?
Dogs are carefully matched based on size, temperament, and behaviour. Our structured group dog walks are designed to be calm, safe, and enjoyable for all dogs.

Do you transport dogs?

Do I need to be at home?
No – many clients provide a key or arrange secure access. This will be discussed during your free meet and greet.

Yes – we carry a pet cleaning system and towels. We always aim to return your dog home as clean and dry as possible after their walk.

How do I book a dog walk?
To book our dog walking services, simply get in touch by phone, message, or through the website. We’ll arrange a free meet and greet to get to know you and your dog.

Yes – we offer regular weekly dog walking slots to keep a consistent routine for your dog.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations wherever possible.
How do I pay for dog walking services?
Payment details will be provided upon booking. We offer simple and flexible payment options.

Does my dog need to be vaccinated?
Yes – all dogs must be fully up to date with vaccinations to join our group dog walks.
What if my dog doesn’t get along with other dogs?

Do you offer puppy walks?
Yes – we provide puppy walks to support early training, helping them progress to group walks from around 6–10 months old.

We walk in most weather conditions. However, in extreme heat or severe weather, walks may be adjusted to ensure your dog’s safety.
What happens if you are unavailable?
We always provide advance notice of any time off. Where possible, a trusted team member will cover your dog’s walk.
