If your dog doesn't love the treats, or if there's any issue with your order, get in touch within 14 days and we'll make it right refund, replacement, or credit.

What's your returns policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Products must be unopened and in their original packaging. We'll cover return shipping if the item is faulty.

What if I've opened the treats?

Because these are food products, we can't accept opened items for resale. But if your dog genuinely didn't like them, get in touch we'll work something out.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive the return, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days back to your original payment method.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the product is faulty or damaged, we cover it. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer covers return postage.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?

Send us a photo via email or DM and we'll get a replacement out to you straight away. No need to return the damaged item.
