2. Products
All Woofy treats are single-ingredient, 100% natural dog treats. Product images are representative — natural products may vary slightly in size, shape, and colour between batches. This is normal and does not affect quality.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments at checkout.
4. Ordering & Availability
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, you will be refunded in full.
5. Shipping
We ship across the UK via Royal Mail. Standard delivery is £3.49 on orders under £35 and free on orders over £35. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and typically arrive within 3–5 working days. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
6. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Unopened products can be returned for a full refund. Opened food products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, but if your dog doesn't love the treats, contact us and we'll work something out. See our Returns Policy.
7. Subscriptions
Subscription orders receive a 10% discount. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account. There is no minimum commitment.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and branding — is owned by Woofy Essentials and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Dog Walking Services
Woofy Dog Walking is a separate service operated by Elle Clarke. Dog walking bookings, terms, and insurance are managed independently. Visit our Dog Walking page for details.
10. Limitation of Liability
Woofy Essentials treats are intended as supplementary snacks, not a complete diet. Always provide fresh water and consult your vet if your dog has specific dietary requirements. We are not liable for allergic reactions — please check individual product ingredients before purchasing.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
